Welcome
I’m NG4DX-Ricky Bramlett. I am an Amateur Extra based in Jasper, Georgia (Grid EM74rl Pickens County). I am a member of the Southeastern DX Club, Off Grid Radio Club, Jasper Radio Club, and the ARRL. I focus on HF DX'ing, SSB phone and weak signal modes, and portable operations across North Georgia. My station is built around clean RF practices, reliable logging, and steady improvement of antennas and operating technique. I adhere to the DX code of conduct.
My operating time is split between home HF work and portable sessions in the field. I enjoy chasing new entities, experimenting with antennas, and refining a station that performs well even under challenging band conditions.
Primary interests include:
DXing across 160–6 meters
FT8, FT4, SSB, and satellite qso's (EME coming soon).
Portable/POTA activations
Logging and awards through LoTW, QRZ, and Club Log

I prefer LoTW for confirmations.
I’m usually on the air during evenings, weekends, and POTA activations.
